MINNEAPOLIS, MN – April 6, 2015 – Bloomington-based software company, Siteimprove, was named as one of Minnesota’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” by Minnesota Business magazine for the fourth consecutive year. The award recognizes Minnesota companies that set the standard for employee wellbeing.

To identify Minnesota’s top 100 companies, Minnesota Business magazine worked with an independent research firm that distributed an online employee satisfaction survey to all companies who had indicated their desire to participate. Based solely on the results of this survey—which measured employee opinions on work environment, employee benefits, and overall employee happiness—Minnesota Business magazine selected the top 100 scoring businesses.

“We work hard to build a unique and rewarding culture for our employees, so it is very satisfying to have this effort recognized by the employees. It makes us want to do even more!” said Siteimprove CEO, Torben Rytt.

Since opening their doors in Minneapolis in 2007, Siteimprove has grown from a team of just three to a family of 80 in order to keep up with the growing demand for their web governance tools. Siteimprove’s Web Governance Suite, offered via Software as a Service (SaaS), helps organizations manage and maintain their websites from a single, intuitive online dashboard with a variety of tools and reporting functions.
