Minneapolis, MN – June 24, 2016 – Siteimprove, Inc., leading provider of web governance tools, was named one of the Twin Cities’ Best Places to Work for 2016 by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

Siteimprove employees were able to participate in an anonymous survey that measured work environment, people practices, day-to-day operations, and other factors. The survey results led to Siteimprove being a top-scoring business in the Medium Company category out of Small, Medium, and Large Company categories, and the first award from the Business Journal that adds to a long list of top work place awards.

“We are both honored and excited to be named one of the Best Places to Work by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal,” said Torben Rytt, CEO at Siteimprove, Inc. “Thanks to our hard-working, innovative, and passionate employees, we are able to maintain a company culture where people enjoy coming to work every day.”

Developed in 2003, the Best Places to Work survey contains 30 scored items across six categories including communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership.

Honorees will be featured in the August 26, 2016 Best Places to Work publication and have the opportunity to attend a reception hosted at U.S. Bank Stadium on August 25, 2016.
