Siteimprove provided plugin

As a Leader in the 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Platforms, Adobe Experience Manager is a comprehensive content management solution for building websites. At Siteimprove, we are proud to integrate with Adobe Experience Manager and help our joint customers analyze their websites for SEO, accessibility and content errors from within the CMS itself.

Adobe Experience Manager brings a wealth of opportunities for users to control and personalize their digital experience. The integration with Siteimprove provides additional oversight, which will enable our joint customers and partners to create even more compelling digital experience for the users.

How does this help our customers?

With the integration, users of Adobe Experience Manager can access the features of Siteimprove without switching between systems. The integration streamlines workflows and enables teams to fix errors and optimize content directly in the editing environment. Once a page is published, any changes you make are re-checked instantly, which increases productivity, reduces the time your team spends on manual tasks and reduces time-to-market.

The Siteimprove CMS Plugin provides insights into*:

  • Misspellings and broken links
  • Readability levels
  • Accessibility issues (A, AA, AAA conformance level)
  • High-priority policies
  • SEO errors, warnings and reviews
  • Page visits and page views
  • Feedback rating and comments

Siteimprove’s latest version of the plugin features:

  • Unpublish Alerting: Safeguard important content. Receive alerts if you try to unpublish pages that have dependencies inside or outside AEM, e.g. documents that only exist on the specific page or external links to the page that are beneficial to SEO.
  • Pre-Publish Checks: Save time and proactively check and identify errors before your team publishes content, not after.
  • Workflow Integration: Seamlessly integrate Siteimprove checks in AEM workflows to notify and/or assign AEM tasks to the relevant team members and improve collaboration.

*Data shown in the Siteimprove CMS Plugin depends on the Siteimprove services you are subscribed to.

We are excited to help Adobe and Siteimprove bring the plugin to market. With the plugin, AEM editors can easily access the Siteimprove data within the CMS, and act accordingly without switching between systems. In this first version of the plugin, users can access most of the Siteimprove features for the published content, which helps editors fix potential issues and thereby improving productivity and shortening time-to-market for any fixes.
