Siteimprove Wins Bronze Stevie® Award in 10th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Minneapolis, MN – March 7, 2016 – Siteimprove, a leading provider of web governance tools, received a Bronze Stevie® Award for the Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software – 100 or More Employees category in the 10th annual
Stevie Awards® for Sales & Customer Service. The Stevie Awards were hosted in Las Vegas, Nevada, on March 4, 2016.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, business development awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards. More than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 115 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges.
The Siteimprove Customer Success Team was born in July of 2014 with four Customer Success Managers, who were solely focused on customers and their success. The team eventually grew to more than 25 full-time members, who now serve the needs of nearly 4,000 customers. Each Siteimprove customer has direct access to individualized support from a Customer Success Manager, who helps with onboarding and provides continuous product training to ensure customers are successful.
