Period Selection, Filters, and Search
Choice of Time Period
The dropdown menu adjacent to Select period gives a choice of 6 predefined time periods. The system default is Yesterday. When choosing a period from the dropdown menu, it is not necessary to click the Display button – the system automatically updates the information displayed.
Filter Selection
The system allows for filters to be applied to the statistics.
All users have the ability to apply an IP filter to their statistics, and eGov users have access to a more advanced filter option. See the Filters section for further information.
The IP filter enables you to filter out/in specific IP addresses, and is commonly used to filter out internal users.
Once an IP filter has been created, you can select the filter in the drop down menu and click Activate.
Please refer to the Set up section provided later on in this guide to see how IP groups can be created.

Graphs and configuration
Graphs can be configured as required, and also animated.
The graph can be changed by selecting or de-selecting statistics to display, by ticking the box adjacent to statistics that should be displayed.
The period selected in the menu is automatically displayed in the graph; similarly, any filter that has been applied to statistics is also applied to the graph. Please refer to the filters help screen for more information on selecting and applying filters.
