Number of pages included in the agreement

The SiteCheck agreement covers the x,xxx pages we have found on your website: www.yourdomain.com. We may have chosen to exclude certain pages, e.g. print friendly pages or duplicate pages that we have examined and deemed not to require checking. It could also be that there are other pages on a sub domain that you would like us to check but are not included in this total. Therefore, you should verify that this page number correctly reflects the number of pages you would like us to check. This is an important point as prices are calculated based on the page count.

Start Date

The service starts when payment is received.

Termination

The subscription runs until terminated. Either party can terminate the subscription by notifying the other party ninety (90) days before the end of the current invoice period.

Support

The subscription covers phone and email support for up to two (2) SiteCheck Administrators.

System Updates & Error Corrections

There is no charge for the updates or new releases of SiteCheck; however Siteimprove may launch additional optional modules for the SiteCheck suite that are not covered by this subscription. The new modules will be offered to SiteCheck users at a reduced price.
Our target is to correct any system errors reported within 16 working hours.

Invoicing Period

The invoice period is one (1) year.

Adjustment of Page numbers

The price is adjusted to the website page count for subsequent invoices. Fewer or more pages on your website will mean a fall or rise in price by $0.40 (40 cent) per page per year. Adjustments are not carried out retrospectively, only at the time of your yearly invoice.

Consumer Price Index

This agreement is made in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for May 2008 (216.632). At the time of re-invoicing the price will be adjusted to the latest CPI. Using the CPI means we keep our prices in line with inflation which typically amounts to 2-3% per year.
